If you are looking for an extremely durable backpack, ASSAULT RŪK will be the perfect choice. In addition to the obvious function of the backpack, thanks to the sand bags included, it can turn into an excellent training tool in a second. Perfect for trekking, in the forest or for a bike. Comfortable and at the same time solidly made. It passed the 30 kg load test for 24 hours. I definitely recommend it.

Been really impressed with the Rūk. Multiple filler bags so you can quickly change the weight to suit your ability. The straps are extremely comfortable even with heavy weights. Add to that features such as load adjusters, sturdy outside pockets, removable hip pouches and the ability to carry a hydration bladder and it covers all bases. Highly recommend this bag.

I bought the Dynami and Assault Ruk. They are the perfect for my style of training. I really loved the multiple bags in both allowing me easily to change the weight/ load in each. This allows me to perform heavy movements then within a few second drop the weight and change the move. The handles are very comfortable even with a heavy weight. I love the multiple angles on the Dynami allowing me to perform a wide variety of movements. The assault Ruk is extremely comfortable under load for long distances but also functions very well as my EDC.

By far the most thought out sandbag on the market. Very versatile as you could use it as a gym / travel bag with the shoulder strap, use it as a multifunctional training tool (of course) to do unlimited movements and increase / decrease weight, use it in a water based setting and a huge bonus is to be able to put it inside the Assault Ruk and start moving. Solid construction and design, I really enjoy how it can hold up to 100# and still function well. Highly recommend for anyone who wants the best in the business!

The first thing I noticed about the RuK is the quality. Thick and strong cordura, waterproof zippers, heavy duty clips etc. This RuK is built to last! I have loaded it up with 40lbs of sand bags and some lunch and gone for a hike. The bag is comfortable to wear for hours. It has quick access pouches for water or similar items. If you are using this as a bug out bag or to go hike, camp, trek, or workout, you won't be disappointed in quality or performance. Virtus nailed it
