After multiple cases of trial and error, I finally bit the bullet and splurged a bit on this set. I'd been eyeing it for months, but always hoped my cheaper choices would suffice. Needless to say, I ended up needing to replace my cheaper cases, so here I am! I've only had this one for about 24 hours, but it is honestly amazing. The texture is matted on the case itself and has textured plastic grips in three varieties. My other cases would allow for more wiggle room between the housing and the switch, but this one fits so well! It has such a precise hold, but still enough maneuverability to allow for easy removal when needed. I know it seems easier to buy the least expensive thing, but spend the extra few dollars! It is absolutely worth it to have the comfort and protection you want in a product. I will absolutely come back to this brand if anything should happen, but I definitely don't anticipate needing to :)

As expected fits like a glove, the grips are really comfortable, the smaller ones are just about the right size for my tiny ,yet big enough for joycons to be unconfortable, hands. I mainly bought this grip for the form factor but it also gave the switch more stability in terms of force, finally I can go hunt for lynels in BOTW without having to worry about snapping the joycon clean of the switch. And for those of you with sweaty hands like me don't worry, the grip's design will make sure you still have a nice firm hold on your switch even in thoughest sweaty gaming sessions. Overall a really good product, I'm glad I made this purchase.

Last year I dislocated my wrist and since then it's always been a little weak. I love my Switch but my wrist could not stop cramping when I'd play. It was uncomfortable and made me use my Switch less and less. I got the Mumba Rugged hybrid case and that worked for a while but still, the hand grip bumps just didn't feel meaty enough. I still didn't feel like I really had something to hold onto. Until this case. The base, standard snap grips work wonders for me. I have small hands and these feel sturdy, grippy and my fingers are never slipping. Where I grip is where my fingers stay. I love this case! The material is sturdy and almost grainy. I like the shoulder button covers, they're still responsive but I do still prefer the original shoulder buttons. One big plus and I know this is controversial but my Switch does dock with this case. And it connects to the TV and stays that way. I think having experience with the Mumba case which was also dockable, I gently added some pressure. This case happens to function the same but it almost doesn't even really need any pressure added to insert properly into the dock. I don't know if that's just from my dock already being used to that or what but it docks and it works. Overall, great case. My hand is not hurting and it's made my playing experience much better.

First, I am a hardcore fan of Skull & Co. They amazed me with their gripcase and how it was designed for Nintendo Switch. I got the Red One Year Edition, Original black, NGC Edition, and Orange NFC Edition on the way Nov 5th. I'm all in for Skull & Co. If you guys come up with something new, my money is out for you guys. Keep supporting this company until we get everyone to know about this. Grip case is so comfortable and I love the Maxx case. I traveled alot with them and they fit in my backpack nicely. My next purchase will be Jumgate. Looking forward to more things in future...
