I was suffering because of my knifes, I used to make a lot of effort to cut the meat specifically, This sharpener is good, you can use it easily without complected instructions, it makes the knifes very sharp in just few movements, it is very useful, it is size good which I think is suitable and easy to use for the big hands.
I'm amazed how quickly and nicely they put on an edge that is very sharp. For max edge, the last step is to very gently polish the edge to burnish it like using steel. I have gotten even better with these. The best last step is to gently, using almost just the weight of the knife, polish the tiny burrs off the blade edge.
I really like this knife sharpener, and it works well on all my plain-edged knives. (I haven't tried it on a serrated knife, but that's not what it's meant for.) I have some cheap knives that were initially sharp, but now need frequent sharpening, and this gives a sharp (albeit temporary) edge to them. I also have some high carbon knives that you are supposed to sharpen with a steel, just a few swipes, each time you use them. Unfortunately, I've never got the hang of using a knife steel, and I think I do more harm than good when I use them. This works really well for those knives, too.
