Got this for my wife who had been using one on load from the physical therapist as part of treatment for plantars facieitis (sp?) - and was working well for her. She also suggested I use it to stretch out before & after being out on my bicycle (16 miles is a typical short ride for me); this has cut down any feeling of pulling a calf muscle when riding on windy days or longer distances. Well worth to have one of these to help stretching out. Shipped quickly as anything else I've ordered here.
Anyone who likes Cardio/Core workouts understands the importance of properly stretching before you start your workout. My Personal Trainer recommended getting a calf stretcher and the Flexifeet is a terrific tool (when used PROPERLY!!!!). Gives a great calf stretch and you can use it to stretch your hamstring and other leg muscles. You don't need to be a body builder or work out animal (because I am certainly neither) to appreciate the benefits of this stretcher.
I have severe plantar fasciitis and struggle with calf pain and cramps. This is amazing at allowing me to stretch and release my muscles without strain. It has been wonderful!
Good exercise machine for leg training after injury голеностопа. Inside the package, even the flyer was with a set of exercises. Delivery is fast, the parcel was tracked constantly. Seller recommend. Thank you very much.
works very well. helps with the symptoms of tendonitis. keep in mind, it only works while wearing shoes. it is painful to the heel otherwise. I recommend this product. it stretches the soleus muscle very well.
Excellent product! I had torn ligaments in my ankle & part of the physical therapy was to stretch my ankle daily. This inexpensive product helped me heal my ankle!
My massage therapist recommended this and it works quite well. I would just caution anyone to be very careful, very mindful, with the amount of stretch you're getting. It's easy to over-do it, especially with your Achilles, which is not good! I always hold onto a countertop or stair rail for extra control. If used properly, it really, really helps.
This is great! When I first saw it, I thought it was a gimmick - after all, can't I just stretch on a step? Cheap device that is very well made and will give your calves a good stretching. I find that with this, I don't have to crunch up my toes to keep from falling off the step, and as an added bonus, if you reach down towards the ground while having your foot in this, you can get a KILLER hamstring stretch! My PT introduced me to it, and boy, am I glad she did!!
