I like this workout. I don't have much time to go to the gym. I was about 145 lbs and 5'7, so I was always trying to drop that last 10 lbs. I do Pilates to maintain my weight, about twice a week. This workout was tough. I couldn't complete it the first two times, but now I am pretty good, and now I see the result that I have been looking for.
I'm exercising two to three times a week, fifty to twenty minutes, built endurance. Muscles work out nicely. I've tried so many free fitness programs, but they didn't work for me. So I decided to buy this one because the coach will personalize the right exercises and diet for my body type.
The program is easy to follow, but it is tough to apply it! I'm a beginner, and it took me a while to get familiar with the coach's exercises. In three weeks, I've started to see some results. I recommend this to anyone because every instruction, exercise, meal is designed for your body type. So it would have a high percentage of success, and it worked for me in a short time.
Gets right to the point and provides easy to understand descriptions, with photos, of different exercises and plans. It also contains specific instructions on creating a workout routine to have more strength. I felt like a coach was standing in front of me, helping me understand what I needed to do. Very satisfied.
One of my favorite morning workouts. I have 30 minutes max, and this is perfect for me. I don't find it cheesy at all, but entertainment and supportive. I'm just a beginner and still struggling with the exercises provided, but I feel like my muscles are getting tough with everyday training. I'm ready for this summer.
This is a great option for those seriously interested in obtaining maximum fitness and perfect shape. Exercises are clearly explained and pictured. Luckily, many of the exercises don't require specific pieces of equipment to maximize the exercises' effects. Great coach!
Anyone can get in shape with this personalized workout if they follow the workouts at least four times per week. Great for a beginner or expert, and especially for ectomorphs. I'm an ectomorph, and it did work for me! Good results, I'm satisfied!
