It’s going to be tight to put on but it’ll be worth it. Good for slimming down the belly and compressing it at the same time. A super practical product. I also like the buy 1 get 1 free discount, now I have two separate belts to use for alternate days.

I was skeptical at first before ordering because my experience with hot shaper belts has been horrible. I’m kind of small with a little chub. It’s kind of hard to put on but once it’s on, it’s on. It’s not too tight nor too loose.

This belt totally makes you sweat! Is so comfortable I barely knew it was there. It also does shape you under your work out clothes. I haven't used it long enough to know if it makes a huge difference in my waistline, but I will continue to use it when I work out.
