Awesome, Awesome, Awesome have tried everything I could make root cutting from tree in back yard that I want to multiply with no luck time and time again. I Used rooting ball system with potting mix and rooting hormon zip tied and BAM strong abundant root system on HUGE, Huge cutting over 5 feet! More of a branch cutting then stem cutting very very pleased !
I have a nice rose plant in my front yard and I wanted the same to be in my backyard too. I tried multiple ways but never succeed. Finally I found what I needed. This small thing absolutely works like a charm. I filled it with potting soil, prepared my rose by removing the outer skin and put some honey on the stem. I clipped this on three of my stems and in just a weeks time, I was able to see roots developing in the stem. At first I was skeptical that it will work or not, but this thing worked like a charm and there were roots in my stem. I am so glad that this thing worked and I have more rose around my house. Innovative and a helpful design to work upon.
Good for air layering certain plants. Not all plants, but certain ones. Before I was using cling wrap to wrap my moss or soil around a node but with this rooting ball it’s much easier. Just fill it up and clasp it around the node. Now this only works where nodes is spaced out otherwise the ball is too big. I got a medium size one to use around a Philodendron silver sword but it’s too big. I’m using it instead in a ficus tree and it works better for that. I got it in white so you can semi see the root growth where as if you got black you wouldn’t.
"Just received. They arrived a day later than originally stated. That doesn't upset me, as I don't expect packages to be delivered on Sunday. Either I was sent a different rooting box, or they changed their product. See pics... There are no closure snaps in the corners nor is there a little observation window. The closure band is now along the edge. Seems to be ok, tho since there's no observation window, you'll have to open and close the box periodically to check the rooting progress. Because of this, the band seems flimsy. I'm not sure it'll take more than a few open/close processes before it snaps off."
I love this ! Who know you could get a plant from other one so easily. It takes a little time for them to root bu once they do you can plant them . I’m going to have a lot of plants now for so cheap thanks
Loved tbis concept of a product, but we did not have any trees that we could use them with, the balls were a little small for what I was going to use them for.
"i got this to get some new plants thru this technique, using it is simple, follow steps on a online video, it says 5-6 weeks to get a new healthy plant roots, nothing wrong with this so lets see how it goes, good thick plastic circular shape material, if one is successful i ll get value of buying a plant, and i got 3, so win win"
Came in quick not sure of it actually works yet but seems well made
