During these trying times we really appreciate the calming effects of the chamomile tea. It also helps to settle the stomach. Great with little honey added. had to buy quite a large quantity but appreciate having all this tea right now.

I'm an insomniac - sometimes have trouble falling asleep & staying asleep. When I have a cup of this before bedtime however, I sleep so much better & wake up feeling rested.
