I use this derma roller kit with a serum that supposes to diminish dark spots. And I saw a difference from day 1 of usage: my skin got a healthier color, especially my cheeks. It is kind of a massage which is the best thing that you can do to your body to improve blood circulation, make the skin better, prevent wrinkles and train facial muscles. Dont forget to sterilize before each usage and don't do more than 5-6x as recommended, especially if you have sensitive skin. Once I was too excited about my rolling procedure so I've done it too much and had to walk half a day with a red face. So as long as u dont overuse it, you will be fine!

It came nicely packaged. There are different rollers for the skin and does not hurt when using it. I have some hormonal ace and this really help minimize the scars. I already see improvement with my skin!
