I was skeptical and I still think this would work much better with the old washers that filled up with water, but they actually do filter some of the junk that gets in with our clothes, most noteably leaves and bark. My husband is a landscaper and we have 6 dogs. My washer needs all the help it can get.
I bought these to help reduce the amount of lint that transfers from the washer to the dryer. My husband and I have terrible allergies and I’m trying my best to reduce the amount of fur in our house, so I’m starting with the washing machine and this lint catcher help a lot!
These lint traps are very handy and I’ve been pleasantly surprised at how much lint and pet hair they catch in my top load washing machine.
Works way better then expected. I live in an apartment and I have been washing my clothes in my tiny portable washer for about a month. I never realized how much cat hair I wasn't getting out of my clothes until this thing!
I happen to have a portable washing machine with a spin dryer, and it had its own lint catcher until I accidentally broke it trying to get it out. So I bought these to replace it and they work wonderful.
These have been great at catching my long hair and my cats hair when doing laundry. I do suggest though that they be used in a top load only washer.
We use them in a compact apartment style drum washer and these things just work! Before these was struggled with lint and hair on clothes even after washing. Now, we have remove all lints with this easy to use product!
